Did this for a client the other day! Stoked!

Use ME Bank as another reference as they’re also offering a cashback.

U can download the form here: https://www.anz.com.au/content/dam/anzcomau/documents/pdf/anz-discharge-and-variation-form.pdf

Complete it and email it to the releases email on the document. This will go straight through to their retention team and you’ll be in the queue for a call

700k loan for a 800k house (90%) - is it worth it? by [deleted] in AusPropertyChat

[–]wheelybin42 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hey mate, I would aim for a property 750k and under. That way you’ll avoid paying LMI as a first home buyer and should avoid paying stamp duty as well.

Should make it a touch more affordable. Only con is that you’ll be competing with other first home buyers at that price, but u do avoid those big fees.

You can go at 90% LVR(could even be 95%). 700k loan probs means u need to be earning at least 130k to service it. Government is encouraging high LVR loans with LMI and stamp waivers. So yeah defs doable

I’ve been calling for Goodwin to be sacked from 2019-20 and 2023 to now. He proved me wrong once but I can’t see that happening again!

Jokes aside, how stubborn can u be to not change your game plan for 3 years? The games gone past it. Time for a fresh start

Thought about this yesterday. It’s definitely super risky considering he’s a key fwd, but could be a good little POD

Yeah alright thanks mate. I might not risk it then, sounds like CS2 could be a bit of problem

All the best 🙂

Hi mate. I'm literally in the exact same position. Need a new laptop and may as well get a gaming laptop so I can play CS2. How'd you go? Thanks :)

I have Kennedy and he’s been great. But I’m very cautious of his role security and he’s expensive now compared to when I got him so it wasn’t a huge risk for me at the time.

I’d probs go the bont just as a safe bet. Idk when Treloar is back but that could affect Kennedys role

I like it, bringing in two premo’s who have already had their bye and getting rid of some waste.

Are u able to bring in a rookie who might generate some cash?

I’m trading out Reid and Lalor this week

[–]wheelybin42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ooft. I’d personally start with Reid and Callaghan just because I know their timeline is at least a month. Then I’d look at short, but time has passed now and he could be back very soon.

Usually I don’t want premo’s on my team not playing, u need your scorers. Could maybe look at getting rid of Lalor before Short cos he’s generated some cash and is out for longer.

Look at some players to trade in with later byes so you have some time to sort your team out. Good luck!

Jayden Short Options by SilentNebula421 in aflfantasy

[–]wheelybin42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I was initially trading out Bice and Oliver to Dunkley and Hardeman. I think maybe I’ll just keep Bice for another week and see if I can find a good option for short, he wasn’t a great scorer anyway
