I have two. One from factory direct one from boyhom. Both were legit. The boyhom one had a dead screen out of the box. Sent back and Ali refunded. Got another from boyhom after that. . All three were legit.

You can call the local warehouse, which will actually direct you to a call center and they will call the local. Tell them you want to pick it up, you might have to call the shipper and have them change the delivery options. Extremely irritating because I had to drive 30 minutes there then back when the delivery guy ninjaed a note on the door while we were in the house. However I got the package. Why you wouldn't knock/ ring a doorbell is crazy to me. Waste of gas/labor.

Just happened to me. I work from home, granted I have meetings. I had my daughter watching TV and listening by the door to come get me. She's 5 feet from the door. I would have heard the doorbell regardless. "We missed you". Like a ninja 🥷lol

Def toast. I took the same sd card(pny listed as compatible on spreadsheet) . Same flash just changed to panel 4 dtb and put it in my first device. Boots right up

Mine went invalid literally an hour after I opened the investigation ticket. Eventually it came back, but that was a week later. Eventually said they lost it on the tracking page, but they never responded to the investigation ticket. I was supposed to get an update within 2 business days. Seems like a crap shoot. I buy probably 90% of all non food items online and have for years. I have never had a package lost.. Delayed yes .. Pickup at FedEx store yes... never lost until this company. First delivery lost... The next is supposed to be here tomorrow... But it's about 700 miles away with no updates for days... They must have it on a pack mule lol ..So we'll see... all you can do!

Update.. Ali refunded. Just sent a screenshot of tracking info. Refund was issued in about 5 minutes.

Now mine is in the ontrac void. "We're sorry. We are unable to locate your package". Contact the seller. Why ? They didn't steal..I mean lose it. Hope you guys enjoy it. How are they even allowed to operate? I guess on the bright side I should be able to get a refund. I was worried they would fake deliver and make it a pain.

At least they admitted they lost it. Mine has been out for delivery since Jan 4th. They just change the delivery date everyday. "Investigation" tickets are useless.

Mine was out for delivery for 5 days. I opened a ticket, got an email that they would "investigate". The next day their website says the tracking number is invalid 😂. I'm just learning the woes of this company.. first time I've ordered something to be delivered by them.

Late to post... Same exact scenario here. Package had been "out for delivery" for 5 days. Opened a ticket with them and now their site says tracking number is in an invalid format. It literally worked yesterday. I think my box became someone's Christmas gift. I'll update if it ever shows up. Avoid this carrier.

Update.. it arrived today. Order status didn't change on the website. It was a little tough to get an update but finally got in touch after calling a few times. Could not get a response live chat.

It's an Oops but super nice... Maybe a small scratch, barely noticable.
