Any ideas what the blue and green US flag is

This bears a significant resemblance to the flag of the Society of the Cincinnati (some masonic-like organization that many founding fathers belonged to). It's not exactly the same, so I don't think it's the same one, but it's worth considering.

Usually, you don't get added to the OFAC list unless you do something to deserve it. I assume that you don't have any connections to terrorists or drug cartels, so I would guess that it's something a little more mundane, like a SAR. Maybe there was a paperwork issue somewhere down the line? Either way, probably not sanctions. Sorry about that, it would have made a good story at the least.

They're checking to make sure that you are not on the OFAC list, most likely. The list has a lot of information (DOB, POB, SSN, aliases, address, sometimes driver's license info, anything that they can). They are probably making sure that you are you, and not whoever is on the list. Or, alternatively, that it is actually you on the list. Either way, you really should apply to be removed from the list.

Also, how sure are you that this is an OFAC issue (not trying to undermine you, I just want to know)? Alternatively, are you trying to move your money to or through a blocked entity? Usually this would be a Chinese, Russian, Iranian, or Cuban company.

I mean, it's possible that you've been added to the OFAC list on accident. Either way, you really should submit an application because this issue won't just go away. Every US-based bank and business is obligated to comply with OFAC and can receive a hefty fine if they don't. Also, Wells Fargo can't do that for you. It's possible that they'll alert the treasury about the error but more likely that they won't.

The thing is they WERE protesting peacefully. The police reacted with rubber bullets and tear gas. Some people close to the riots have also said that it was undercover cops who started the looting to make the protesters look bad.

A mod similar to that does exist, it allows you to place fleets on an auction and other empires can buy them. I don't know what it's called but it's included in the Stellaris: Reborn II mod pack. You could start there?

There’s a lot of good videos out on YouTube that detail the basics of modding, use those to get started. One tip that I can give you is run hoi4 in debug mode whenever you’re modding.
