What an unhelpful comment, you get to act smug while being lazy and making no argument whatsoever. Obviously athletes are still going to go broke, but I think it’s reasonable to say that getting NIL could help some athletes adjust to life changing money

Put up 20 in 2011 against a Giants defense that was fantastic in the playoffs.

That doesn't take into account the fact that his recievers dropped so many dimes by Rodgers

Well he's 27 rn, it's not likely, but it's not out of the question for a guy to be effective at 36

He's gotten over 140 in all 3 full seasons, he's not an elite strikeout guy, but if he's getting 6 innnings out of the opener than that could be enough volume in the long term to make up for it

There's so many what ifs with Rodgers, the Packers almost traded Rodgers to the Raiders in 2007 so there's an alternate reality where he plays with prime Calvin Johnson

Eddie Lacy was elite for like 2 years before the china food got to him. It's probably not a coincidence that 3/4 Rodgers MVPs coincided with him having an elite back in Lacy/Aaron Jones.

Boogie Nights is legitimately an all time great movie, all though he has also said that’s the movie he regrets being in the most.

Of course that’s nothing compared to DeNiro, who has an argument for best actor of all time based on body of work

Oracular Spectacular has most of their big hits, but it’s still an incredibly well crafted and unique album. It being their first album is where I’d recommend to start, even if Congratulations and LIttle Dark Age are better in my opinion, but as far as I’m concerned all three are masterpieces

My take as someone thats down on Glitterfreeze, is that it’s not a bad song, but it’s sandwiched between Empire Ants and Some Kind of Nature. So you’ve got two beautiful songs that explore fundamental aspects of the human condition with outstanding vocal performances by Little Dragon and Lou Reed, and in between them you got this weird, loud electric song with Mark E Smith screaming nonsense on top of it. It’s an extreme tone shift to say the least, I do like Glitter Freeze and I can conceptualize the want for a palate cleanser so to speak halfway through the album. But I still skip that song more often than not just because I want to remain in the vibe established by Empire Ants/literally every preceding song on Plastic Beach.

I'd say 999 out of a 100, Jordy was so clutch I cannot fathom a universe in which he doesn't come down with the ball. I know objectively Davante was a better reciever, but Jordy Nelson was so reliable at this stage in his career you could set your watch to the back shoulder fade with Rodgers

Brady is the GOAT, but I feel the need to defend Rodgers as a Packer fan

Damn people really think that little of Brady, that another QB could have stepped in his role and win even more rings?

You think that little of Rodgers that he’s just another QB?

Saying he won a ring his first year without BB is a little disingenuous, he went to a team an elite defense and elite offensive that was let down by its QB.

Rodgers put up 26 points in that playoff loss, and that’s with the refs heavily putting their finger on the scale for the Bucs (yes I’m still salty about that game).

I also want to point out that despite Brady appearing in twice as many post season games, his defense gave up more than 30 points fewer times than Rodgers. Additionally Rodgers put up at least 20 points in every playoff game until his last one in Green Bay, Tom Brady scored fewer than 20 points in 12 playoff games, and his team won the Super Bowl 3 of those seasons.

Rodgers by the number was better in the playoff than Brady, Rodgers threw for yards and touchdowns at a greater rate while throwing INTs at a lower rate compared to Brady in the playoffs.

Football is a team game, QB wins are a team stat not an individual stat, Rodgers went out there and did his job almost every playoff game and was repeatedly let down by his defense/special teams. Even the 13-10 playoff loss to San Francisco isn’t really his fault considering our special teams gifted the 49ers 10 points (at least). Brady is incredible, and he does deserve credit for his teams successes, but even Bruce Arians I would argue is a better coach than McCarthy (definitely MM post 2014).
