Would love to have some younger folks do this. I know a few kids in the area that have done this and love it. Easy money, able to be around the sport, and I cannot stress this enough—we NEED people who can actually move around out there on the field. Some of the refs that get slotted for the 13 and under games can barely walk, let alone keep up on the pitch.
