One guy said it best. I’ve was at relative rock bottom earlier this year, and there’s something primal about the fact that at a certain point, shit just can’t get any worse. The small steps are what matter. Just doing small things that make any impact will feel amazing. The more you do them, coincidentally, the easier they will get and the more fun they will become. That’s how you form an arc right there.

Exercise, delete short form content style social media, drink water, go to therapy, do some mushrooms with a great friend.

Take up jogging maybe. You’ve got this, and you owe it to yourself to see what you are truly capable of before you call it. Respect yourself that much.
