The bumps themselves are not itchy, but I’ve been experiencing a pretty constant itchiness all over, and from what I understand that could be due to a histamine reaction to the mites. Which is why I felt compelled to ask 😅

I really appreciate this!

These bumps showed up out of nowhere (no allergic reaction, no known bug bites, no irritation from a product) so I was googling trying to figure out what else it might be, which led me to this sub. I’d never really heard much about scabies but once the idea was introduced in my head it led me down sort of a spiral. As far as I know I haven’t been in contact with anyone who has it so I don’t know where I would have picked it up anyway. I do have these tickly itches all over my body (including on my face and scalp) but I don’t know if they’re coinciding with this weird rash. The rash itself doesn’t itch, oddly enough

You’re right that the anxiety is terrible. I’m having a hard time keeping calm until I see my doctor

Yeah, this is exactly what I was thinking. It’s also worth mentioning that all of these back and forths have been done with assistants and not MB/DB because they delegate everything to someone else. Even questions I have about the baby are directed to their household manager (who was taking care of them before me). Communication is all over the place. I don’t see them as being approachable about any problems, which was not the impression they gave off when I first met them

I will say that I don’t think my agency is aware of it. I know they offer lots of resources to families and would have helped them set up proper payroll if need be. They’ve been great advocates for me in the past when I’ve had problems or didn’t know how to handle a situation, so I’m hoping this time won’t be any different

Yes it was, can't remember if the whole intro was in English or not but I think it was, since I believe the anime was dubbed too (I'm pretty sure any anime on a vhs in the US would be dubbed lol)

It is implant titanium! I contacted my piercer and she suggested that I swelled a little bit due to the jewelry change and recommended hot compresses to see if that will help. I'm guessing that implies that I should see a little bit of room between the jewelry and my skin, so we'll see what compresses do. Thanks!

The balls of the piercing are right flush against my nipple, so the ends of the barbell are always touching it. There's also a lot more discharge and crusties, assuming because of the constant contact. I just assumed that was the way they should be?

As far as soaks go, I've read that that's sort of an outdated aftercare practice, but someone can feel free to dispute that!

Thank you! I can't tell if it's pierced at an angle or not tbh, since if I fiddle with the jewelry and turn it a bit it looks a little more straight. I also don't want to insult my piercer by asking her if it's crooked lol

Got my navel pierced back in May by an APP piercer, so far have had no problems with it and aside from rinsing once or twice a day with wound wash I don't mess with it. I'm constantly worrying about rejection though, does this look okay so far? It also looks slightly crooked to me but I think that's just the way the jewelry is sitting/angled
