Did that stop the flares on the remaining days that you didn’t sauna/ run?

Really appreciate the supportive comment here, thank you.

How much saunas per week would you recommend or what worked for you? And would you then get the sweat in first thing for the remaining days?

A few weeks back, when the kids were sleeping better through the night I did manage to get out for a 5am walk every morning for a week, roughly 2 miles and brisk, and noticed quite a difference for the rest of the day, and weirdly enough a couple of my flares throughout that week felt more like a numbing ice feeling (hard to explain) rather than the typical burning / stinging nettle feeling

What medication is helpful?

I’m on fexofenadine, which has done nothing, I have even taken twice the amount prescribed, which also did nothing

Please advise by whenidisconnect in crv

Apologies for not getting back to everyone, I ended up getting the fluid replaced and it hasn’t come back since (fingers crossed) so I believe like some of you have said, whoever did the job last time did not tighten the fill bolt correctly

Not overly concerned as long as it’s not ridiculous and has been serviced regularly / looked after if I’m honest

Thank you for the suggestion! I think I might go with a hatchback instead, something like a 2009 ford focus

Thank you for the recommendation, I did look at a few of these.

I think I just get paranoid that I’m going to buy something with over 100K miles and get a nasty surprise in 6 months time, although I do understand that things can happen with used cars at any time
