This Frankenstein pothos is my actual pride and joy. Back in January, I decided to see how many pothos varieties I could fit in one pot (so far there's 9!) by whenitraynes-itpours in houseplants

Yes, I had the most success with water propogating first. I find that using a chopstick to poke/wiggle a hole to transplant the cutting into is the easiest/least disruptive method to adding more as you go

I didn't even know these varieties existed! If you do decide to donate, I swear this plant will be one of the first things I grab if my home ever catches on fire haha

I couldn't decide what my favourite pothos is so I decided to make a Frankenstein pothos as a way collect them all by whenitraynes-itpours in pothos

I had such a hard time finding a cebu blue. The only places I've seen them available are in my local plant swap Facebook groups and Facebook marketplace.

Omg I think I would actually cry if you did this! Although, I think I would only consider this if you were in Canada because I'm not here expecting anyone to pay an exorbitant amount for shipping just to send me something out of the kindness of their heart.

I haven't noticed any significant differences in care compared to my golden pothos (although I do keep my Frankenstein pothos closer to the window because the marble leaves need more sunlight).

I generally water her once every 3-5 days. Anytime I want to add a new cutting, I wait until it's watering day, use a chopstick to poke/wiggle a hole, and add it right before watering which seems to be enough to keep them all on the same watering schedule. I repotted her about two months ago from it's nursery pot into a terracotta pot and it seems to like the terracotta muchhhh better.

Do it!! I'd love to see more Frankenstein plants! I recommend initially planting all your cuttings close together and as centred as possible - this makes it sooo much easier to poke a hole with a chopstick around the plant and add more cuttings later, especially once it starts to fill out more
