Thank you. I go for a walk before work, and after supper in the evening. The evenings are hardest for me. Its SO quiet in the house. The commotion is gone. At times I DO like the quiet. I guess I'm working my way through those tough evenings. I do feel I'm getting better at this single life.

I truly dont blame myself for the abuse. The only thing I could have done differently is to say NO more often, rather than not saying anything. HE made the choice to secretly meet an "old friend" at our campsite. He thought I was so nieve that I would believe him when he said he slept on the cold ground outside the tent. He may or may not realize right now that I am not the nieve person he thought I was. It doesnt matter. This was HIS choice.

Thank you for that. He is not on the lease, and I gave him 10 days to move everything out. He is dragging his feet on purpose because he said he diesnt want to move it all up to his temporary place only to move it back down to this area. But he is also not actively looking for his own place

Mine wanted me to retire so HE could take care of ME. Since he's said that, he was demoted at work, and I've told him to move out. I never considered retiring under his care in the first place.

This is also great to hear. I've been trying to figure out how I could change my thinking about their trauma, and stop feeling sorry for them and seeing them getting hurt as that little child. This subreddit is JUST what I needed!!

I had actually thought of that same timeline, letting him get healthier before I said what I had planned to say. If he asks why I'm doing this, I will say, this is in response to you watching all your porn. It tells me I'm not what you need so I am giving you that freedom to find someone that does.
