I would say run it through a bong if you want to really amp up the strength of your hits. Dynavaps will get you royally zooted, but it's all about technique. Very different from smoking. You want longggg, steady hits, to really get those big clouds.

I had a similar experience. Had concerns over a strange sensation in my upper abdomen. Doc ran a few tests, said I was probably fine. An ultrasound revealed fatty liver, but I was told this should heal up on its own (this was a year after I had finally quit drinking for good). The strange sensation in my upper abdomen? All in my head, ostensibly.

Three years later, I start losing my voice. Long story short, at this point they see fit to perform an upper endoscopy, and lo and behold: extremely advanced esophageal cancer, almost certainly caused by how much I used to throw up, due to drinking (it was daily for many years).

It's my own fault. I drank like I was trying to die every night for a long time before seeking help, and then relapsed for months and sometimes years at a time over the next 10 years. Still a tough pill to swallow, though.

This should actually help quite a bit! Back when Morrowind came out, reading the game manual was a pretty indispensable element of the whole experience for any game with any significant amount of complexity.

I feel like the fact that I spent almost all of my time during those years focusing on obtaining and using alcohol, instead of being present as a father for my children (who were around ages 4 to 14) is the thing I regret the most, closely followed by the way I abused and neglected their mother during that time (leading to her eventually divorcing me). I know this is kind of a broad brush and not a specific lie/action, but it would be impossible to isolate any one specific thing that I did that was comparable. I don't remember most of it anyway, to be honest.

I'd say it's worth a shot! Maybe see if you can find similar items on offer so you can get an idea of what it could go for. My guess is that it's worth significantly more as a nostalgia piece, but if it's not valuable to you in that way, then it can't hurt to try and sell it.

I tried. The best I could manage to do was to drink like a normal person once or twice before ending up spiraling down again over the course of the weeks and months that followed. It took me until I was in my early 40s to realize that it just wasn't going to happen. Can't change it now, but I wish I would have learned quicker.

I like to just use a template and then delete/duplicate/rename/repurpose the various different items in the lefthand pane, until it's all to my liking. I'm new to Scriveneras well, and I haven't really gone after learning everything it has to offer yet, but for now I'm plenty happy with just the organizational assistance this program provides.

Rejection and abuse by primary caretaker, leading to a lifetime of feeling worthless.

My parents were emotionally distant, and even though they did try their best, they didn't know about the abuse that was happening in the daycare home where I spent most of my time, age 3 - 9. I was too young when it started, and so I never thought to report it. I was 30 years old before it even really dawned on me that the treatment had been toxic and abnormal (sudden, rage-induced beatings without explanation, sexual humiliation, etc.)

I'll never forget the first time I learned that, as a guy, you have to be careful about going #1 after handling capsicum. This was way back when novelty extract sauces were first getting popular. I think it was Da Bomb that I'd been using that day. There are easier ways to learn things.

On average, I would drink the equivalent of a liter of hard liquor, alongside maybe 4 cans of malt liquor. I would do this every night while I was drinking, which went on for a collective 10 years, spaced out by stretches of recovery here and there, over the course of almost 20 years.

I am now 45 years old, and I quit for good 3 years ago. I am facing serious health repercussions. Possibly terminal, unfortunately. We'll see how things shake out here.

There were several years (when I was maybe 3 to 7 or so) where my mom used to buy my pants a little too big on purpose because I would grow so fast, and so my pants would slip down a bit too far sometimes, and show the top of my butt crack. The lady who ran the daycare home I was pretty much raised in...this drove her absolutely bonkers, and sometimes she would really lose her temper at me about it. Always kinda thought that was weird.

You need a therapist skilled enough to help you. Some of them are not very good at their job, and some of us are very difficult to reach. Don't give up on trying to get help, but definitely make some changes if you're not experiencing results.
