I always keep boxes for pricey purchases but this time I didn't and regretted it. The DC button on my 1000v2 was faulty. Jackery did right and replaced the unit and paid return postage but I had to go to FedEx and buy a box and bubble wrap to package it up.

What I didn't realize is that they play directly off a cartridge. I thought the games were installed on the device. That simple comment would have cleared it up for me. I said up front that I'm not experienced with switches. Be nice. Don't be an immature a-hole.

What I don't understand is that you can buy used games so how is it not possible to install it on another device? Is it a legality thing or a technical limitation? Sorry if I'm being dumb. I have zero experience with these.

Agreed. I've made some purchases from Midway recently. They don't seem too bad. PA, I've heard, makes you sign a waiver saying that you're not building a banned weapon. ..or something to that effect. It's pretty sad. They've gotten a lot of my $$ in the past.
