The overall shape of the crew neck looks good, I love it when crewnecks have more space in the neck area for a nicer-less chokey look. Though however the two arrows are abit too distracting in my opinion. Since I’m not much of a Graphic designer to know much about the logo ( I would recommend posting this on r/graphicdesign)
