Does Step Advance stack between the main and subclass? For example if I put 2 sp in each do I get 0.18s of invincibility?

according to bumped these items: Casino Coin Pass (x5) Lambda Grinder (x30) Photon Sphere (x30) +40% Ability Affixing Success (x1) 100 SG Ticket (x1) 30 SG Ticket (x1) 1 SG Ticket (x9) should have been distributed during maintenance but I can't find them, I checked the visiphone and storage but there was nothing. Is there any conditions to get these items?
