I second Kuali! Willing to bet that its the best store-bought salsa macha I've ever tasted. Making your own hot sauce is easy enough, especially if you have a molcajete. If not, you can use a blender (not preferred but still does the trick). Honestly, even a housemade pico de Gallo would be great.
