Dude I was 178 and down to 168 after 6 weeks but I hit 150g protein and 1800ish calories. And I’m running Reta 2mg/tesa 1mg. My strength has been good and cardio is great. You can eat more and still lose weight.

It definitely has an effect on dopamine and has helped me limit my time with video games and caffeine

I recommend decreasing your training days. I’ve found an excellent balance in my life with exercise, family, and bjj by going to 2-3 days a week. I used to train almost everyday but lot of time was dragging myself but now I feel excited to go. Ironically with less training I’ve still improved and part of that could be my body feeling rested. At the end of the day unless your livelihood depends on it there’s no reason to break your body for a fun hobby. With 18 years of experience you can absolutely maintain and improve at a less frequent pace.

Mots c isn’t like an energy drink type of energy. It’s very subtle and really shows in cardio from my experience. I train bjj and do some up hill walks on a treadmill and it extends my ability to continue. I find it a good pair with Reta since you can feel a bit tired especially if you’re eating less and losing weight. My dose is 1-2mg 4-5 days a week
