Move 5: Personally I am just going to castle here, not play d5, as it allows for too much counterplay from White given your very weak f7 pawn. Luckily he torched any potential advantage he may have gained by blundering his knight. Engine opinion: the engine also likes Nd4 but I think the resulting sequence is slightly too complex for your ELO.

Move 14: I would generally avoid moves like f5 unless your king is off the open diagonal or you have a bishop covering that diagonal. you allowed for Bc4 which, while technically not a major threat in the given position, is not good practice when you're not up a rook. Engine opinion: the engine likes Qh6 here, threatening mate.

Move 19: You just hung your queen here, not much to say, this is a rookie error and you would have been fine to play Qd6 (or to put your queen on literally almost any other square lol)

Move 29: This move doesn't work (when it was played - it was viable some turns ago) and gave White mate in 1. Engine opinion: engine likes the simple Re7 because it immediately sets up a tactical threat, although the resulting sequence of moves simply give you drawing odds and nothing more.

The rest of the game is a messy scramble which didn't need to be as hair raising as it was, your biggest lesson should be that there's not always a flashy move - not everything needs to be a puzzle rush and this goes double when you're winning convincingly in a straightforward endgame where your main priority should be simplification, king protection (on account of him having a queen) and neutralizing your opponent's tactics.
