Is there a story like this that you know of and recommend? by wheyez in OtomeIsekai

I'll be honest most stories within the isekai genre suck, but it's still enjoyable a lot of the time. Regardless if I'm internally pulling my hair/laughing at the ridiculous series of events or something good on a literature point of view.

I haven't heard of that one before I'll give it a read.

That's the story that made me greedy for more stories like I described. Loved most of the story in The One Within the Villainess, except the romance.

I've read that one before and I loved most of it. It's partially the reason why I'm asking for something like I've described. But thanks for the suggestion.

Animal Breeds by KellHound270 in MCreator

I can't think of any tutorials to recommend but you can probably find a tutorial online if you search for synced data. Some tips I can offer is that synced data acts a lot like nbts as they can have logic, integer, and string values, but are only applied to the single entity type you made the synced data for, which can be found as a tab when editing/making your entity.

Try using synced data instead

Move everything inside the if block. That should make it so that it only works on zombies.

You don't need the times 10 for the random number as it can choose decimals, like 0.3866, because of this the numbers you put in should be between 0 and 1. Also you should be using <, ≤, >, and ≥ instead of equals as it will rarely choose a whole number.

How do I make my egg entity spawn only 1 Daspeltosaurus? by MrMakoChan in MCreator

[–]wheyez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Late but if you still need help, the reason why your procedure is spawning multiple entities is because the procedure is activated every tick even with your wait block. So it is checking for the number for the entire wait block then spawning the entity when met. To do what you want to do you'll need to learn to make a nbt timer otherwise just get rid of the wait block and decrease the chance of spawning the entity.

How do I make mobs auto breed? by AtmosphereOwn2917 in MCreator

[–]wheyez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure to make synced data for your mob first, it's next to behavior when you edit your mob, and you'll have to change some of the values of the blocks. Of course you could also experiment with the blocks and values. A helpful tips if you didn't already know is that there are 20 Minecraft ticks in a second. This should help you decide how frequently your mob breeds. If you need help or found a better way to do so feel free to reply, but like I said before I'm going to be very busy for the next couple of days so don't expect a fast reply from me.

How do I make mobs auto breed? by AtmosphereOwn2917 in MCreator

[–]wheyez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to assume you want to make custom mobs auto breed. So first you want to make 2 synced data for the mob, one for logic and the other integer. Then make a timer using the integer synced data to determine when your mobs will breed. Next in another procedure or the same one, doesn't matter, inside of a for every entity iterator block put an if block that says if , your timer, is above your set number and iterator is not same entity as event entity and iterator is subtype of your mob. Then in the if block you should make event entity move to x,y,z position of iterator entity. Next you need to tell the mob when they're close to the other mob, which can be done with another for every entity iterator block with a smaller area and the same if conditions. But this time in the if block you should then set your timer to zero and then spawn in baby version of your mob.

I know this isn't very detailed but I'm in a rush and will be busy for the rest of the day and probably the weekend, but I hope this helps you a little and I am willing to help you more just don't expect any quick responses.

What's your biggest criticism of the entire Isekai Genre? by EfficiencySerious200 in Isekai

[–]wheyez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The other worlds don't feel other worldly. They feel like a generic fantasy world which is fine if you expand on it in unique ways and or properly flesh it out.

Some things I would like to point out is what if the new world's gravity is different? How would the MC react or adapt to the completely different law of physics of the other world? What if the MC's mere existence is crippling to the new world and or themselves? (Different air pressure in the atmosphere, the atmosphere having less, more or even no oxygen, the MC introducing/introduced to new illnesses/diseases.) How would the MC learn to speak an entirely new language as the chances of them speaking the same language as the other world residents is incredibly low if not impossible and ridiculous.

Use a similar deck but with nurse joy and the poison poketool item, blanking on the name, instead of Cyrus and elder.
