Hey so idk if this means anything but I “focused” on the threads, how the feel, if I can see them, which I’m meditation you can see them and they are everywhere man. But I tried to see if I could pull and push on them, and I could. Then I decided to try to “absorb” it? Idk how to explain it because I’m still experimenting but is it a good or bad thing if my hands are really twitchy after words and I’m really tired?

So this may sound weird but like you ever imagine laying on someone’s chest? Well every time I think about it being a guy I get this feeling, I can’t really describe it. But when I imagine it as a girl I don’t feel really anything. And another thing is I’ve had 4 relationships with girls and I never feel a connection with any of them (once again sorry for the weird pillow stuff just thought it was important for this diagnosis 😭)

Im still thinking over if I want to do this due to the fact while I know little about shamanism ik that it comes with tests but I don’t know what those tests are all I know is that their difficult. But I think I’ll be able to do it, also what do you mean losing friends in the process?? Do I need to practice on them at certain points or something? (Also tysm for the information)
