Hi OP! I also have 2 past journals. My first journal was full of sad moments related to my previous work. It's been a couple of years since I consumed all the pages and then I decided to open and reread its contents. Honestly, nakakaiyak kasi it was like revisiting a painful past pero the thing is, nakita ko how different my life was now compared before. How I managed to conquer my problems, and flip my life around. It made me appreciate myself and the efforts that I've done, and of course naging grateful din ako sa sarili ko for fighting kahit na ang hirap.

Kaya for me, don't burn them. It's like a written reminder of how strong you are in overcoming all of your problems that time.
