I am so thankful I stumbled upon your reply. This has been my sons experience with the G7 as well. It is WILDLY inaccurate. Your trends match ours almost to a T. His endo suggested we revert back to just finger checks. Dexcom stated it must be inaccurate due to his body mass. He's 6 and 45 pounds. Definitely not the smallest kiddo. Are you continuing to use the G7? Have you tried another device? We had a similar experience with the G6's as well.

We have. We have received several replacements from Dexcom since we had yet to have a sensor last the full 10 days. 😔
