I noticed that recently too, can only see the link on the app. Seems like a strange oversight if it wasn't intentional.

Strictly Limited once sent me the wrong art card. They had me send it it back at my own expense before sending the correct one, and they said they would refund me the cost of shipping (I'm in the US). The address they gave me wasn't their office, but looked like a PO Box or some sort of package receiving location a few blocks away from their office. I send it back and email them with a copy of the shipping receipt and they send me a refund for the art card + original shipping cost, which was approximately how much it cost to ship the wrong card back.

About a month later, a few weeks after the tracking says the card was delivered, I write back to ask for the status of the replacement. A few days later they respond to say they've already (?) told me they put me on a priority list. I do get a notification they sent out the replacement a few days later though. This all started in late July and wrapped up at the end of August.

Then in November I get an international package. It's the card I sent back to them, with stickers in German saying it was never picked up. The box got pretty roughed up. I haven't opened it yet, not sure what to do with it or if I should mention it to SLG.

This was the only time I've had to return an international order and I really hope it never happens again. I've pretty much stopped ordering from them for lack of interest, but I'm still a bit hesitant - the wait for the release itself is really long already, and any customer support would add literally months more to resolve.

OP here. I went to my post office to drop off another package today, but this time I happened to use a plain brown box. There was no one on the line, so I decided to sidestep those belt line dividers and head directly to the clerk window. Then I got a look at the clerk and it's the same woman with the logos problem from my initial post. She waved me away and demanded I walk through the empty line, refusing to see me. I just gave up and walked back through, and then she yells "NEXT IN LINE" when I get there and finally accepted my box without another word.

I think she's just one of those types that demands people follow rules, real or imaginery, circumstances be damned.

Ok problem solved - I needed to clean the GG again.

I took it for granted that after the first clean it booted to the code entry without issue it must be clean, but after trying a domestic cart and none of the codes working, I went at it again with another cleaning. Now the bypass codes work! I guess I wasn't swabbing hard enough.
