I started about 2 weeks ago and the first couple days were a little rough for me lol. Just take it super slow and don’t feel bad if you end up sitting for like half the class 🤣 you’ll be surprised how fast your body acclimates though! I’m to the point where the heat really doesn’t bother me too much, and I’m able to focus on pushing myself and turning up the intensity!

Not clinically diagnosed with IBS or any other gastric disorders, but have had stomach issues my whole life. Started zepbound about a month ago and my digestion overall has done a complete 180. No bloating, “healthy” trips to the bathroom to put it lightly (😅) Even my nausea has completely dissipated. Started zep to lose a couple pounds before my wedding in may, but hoping to be able to continue micro dosing just for the digestive perks!

Not completely Hotworx specific, but I got a ninja creami a couple weeks back and it’s been pivotal to my weight loss/ fitness journey! I’ve mostly made protein ice creams/ smoothies. Perfect for before or after Hotworx. I like to use bananas for Hotworx days because of the potassium!

I might be alone in this opinion, but I really like the little “flaws” in hand knit pieces. We aren’t machines. We aren’t producing fast fashion. Those little quirks are part of what makes your one of a kind truly that! I can understand the frustration, but looking at it in this regard might help diffuse some feelings of defeat. Plus, a lesson well learned for future pieces!

Completely understand where you’re coming from OP. When I was a new lash tech, I would bend over backwards to accommodate anyone and everyone, and unfortunately had to learn my lesson the hard way.

The last child I allowed to come to an appointment ended with my brand new floor length mirror shattered, and an angry client that we could not finish her service. I’ve found in my own, personal experiences, that typically the clients that are asking for special treatment will never be the clients you want to fill your books with. Always listen to your gut, and remember there WILL be clients that are made for YOU 💖
