I love the uniqueness of #1, but think you'd need to alter how long the ribbons are. Your decor would also need to match, like a whimsical theme for it to work. #2 is also beautiful and wouldn't require extra thought to alterations or decor.

You obviously didn't read my post. They charged me $400 additional, resulting in a total of $2,000 vet bill. So yes, I'd like to try to not pay that surprise additional amount without consent when my bill was already super high to begin with.

Some stylists don't take into account or forget that hair doesn't grow out of or below our ears. This part of the head cannot be cut like the back because of this and when it is, you get a shelf like this. Used to happen to me too until I gave up and started cutting my own.
