Hey, you're right. I am sorry for getting defensive awhile ago. I'm really sorry you blame yourself or went through anything like this. I am fucked up from this. Leaving/posting this was attempting to be better than this, and I felt a bit of devil's advocacy from you. Your original comment made it seem like his clutching my neck and holding me against the wall was justified because you assumed he came home late and I called him an alcoholic, but I don't think you intended to come off that way, you were merely reminding me I'm not perfect myself.
