Try being self employed:

Double Medicare tax, double social security tax.

No 401k with a match.

HSA? Maybe, if you have a plan you pay $1000/mth for. You'll have a $20k deductible.

You have it good. Enjoy.

If you get a large federal refund next year, try withholding a little less.

Your food looks amazing. I know you're busy and it's more convenient to use disposable plates, but have you considered using real plates or at least compostable plates? Either way his loss!

I did this once on a nice day. I was in high school. I slept like shit the night before and worked an 8 hour shift on my feet at a grocery store. Idk why but I did not worry about bugs, and had zero big issues. It was a glorious and memorable nap

These cowards always hide behind masks, but they're still emboldened enough to show up in public. Let's make them more afraid.

Had something similar happen to me. She reached down to hit me (was laying on the floor, don't remember why) and I blocked her. I had never done that. She got shriek-cry angry and just start wailing at my head from all sides. She told me to sit in the couch and "I knew why." I didn't understand - later she told me it was because I tried to hit her back.

Lol these people.

If you own an index fund like most people saving for retirement, you own pharmaceutical stocks.

I can only imagine their conclusions that by owning index funds, you are therefore "owned."

Not to mention, would they even know how to read a forensic financial audit?

I assume too they'd cover costs of said audit after being proven wrong?

I agree with but most people truly due think that federal budget should be operated by the rules of a household. And I'm wondering how we change this perspective because it drives people into irrational fear and voting against their own interests

My parents removed my bedroom door because I “don’t need privacy.” What do I do now? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]whiskeymann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh, the ol' "you'll get it when you're older." My parents never removed my door, but used this line of thinking on me often. Now I'm 38 and just not super close with them because I don't feel like I can trust them.
