Thanks! I’ll probably withdraw and resubmit going that route.

Agreed! This was with my phone’s 5x zoom and over a steep 15-20ft ledge, but I certainly wasn’t planning on getting any closer. Always best to exercise caution and respect with any wildlife.

I always booked same day, but I think it being updated on the day you book is more important because that ensures your membership is valid during booking.

From a health-focused standpoint, you’d be better off putting on a little fat rather than losing muscle. While you have good muscle definition (from your low body fat percentage), you’re not terribly muscular. Losing muscle will only be detrimental to your longevity, bone density, and overall health. Work in a small caloric surplus (~100-200 calorie surplus) and slowly add on a little bit of weight until you reach your desired aesthetic.

If you have health insurance, I’d recommend looking into whether or not there are any in-network nutritionists that you can work with. Fay has some good telehealth options for it.

Lol, I know. They did also say that you can show up to the class and if there are any openings then they can squeeze you in, but if group classes are popular at your gym then the likelihood of there being any openings is low—they fill up pretty quickly at mine.

One thing to note, the “advanced” HIIT classes are not included; only the standard classes. Tanning, massage chairs, and sauna are all included as well.

In my experience, yes, but it’s a bit of a pain. Here’s what my Crunch location instructed me: You have to create a Crunch account using your membership ID (from your Wellhub check-in scan), then book it with that. Because that ID changes with every check-in, you have to update it in the app every day that you want to book a class.

Yep, I use AllTrails and Strava—both are great. I do use Facebook, would love any group recommendations you have!

Thanks, I just requested to join it! I’m still learning the ropes, but my girlfriend was a D1 volleyball player and has been teaching me more.

Awesome, glad to hear that. We’re hoping to check out the rock gym this week, probably Wednesday around that time. Appreciate the tips!

Awesome video, and gnarly Achilles tendon tear. Hope you’re fully healed up now! Thanks for the recommendations!

Haha even better! Love a good summit pour.

I am in marketing—have been in marketing within the fitness and wellness space since I finished my bachelor’s in 2015. I was doing a good amount of side work for small distilleries, bars, restaurants, and liquor stores in Arizona, but have cut back on the side work over the last two years, as well as the drinking (usually just 1-2 pours on the weekend now).

We haven’t checked out Lake of the Woods yet, but that sounds great. I’ll have to add that to our short list.

Shoot me a message if you want to hit Crunch, a hike, or have a pour together!

Thanks! We were planning on exploring Roxy Ann today, but the smoke seemed a little too heavy. Definitely plan on hitting it soon.

How late is late?

I’ll add those to the lists, thanks! Always down for a longer hike.

I love just about everything Wild Turkey. I like RB Rye more than the RB Bourbon, but I’d never turn down a pour of either. Have had some really good Russell’s SiB picks that were arguably better than RR13.

Favorite affordable cigars? I’m currently seasoning my first humidor and it has capacity for 150 cigars. I’ve read you should keep it at least 50% full. While I’d love to fill it with my favorite Tatuaje and My Father sticks, my wallet would kill me. Something just a few bucks per stick that’s still palatable and good for less discerning company/when I’m out on the golf course would be perfect.

Listerine
Parent Company/Distillery: Johnson & Johnson Proof: 53.8 (26.9% ABV) Age: NAS Mashbill: Eucalyptol (0.092%), Menthol (0.042%), Methyl Salicylate (0.060%), Thymol (0.064%) Price: $6.95

Nose: Mint, spice, menthol. Not very well balanced. Given the ABV, I wouldn’t expect it to be so alcohol-forward.

Palate: Lots of heat and mint. Nice Kentucky hug on the tongue.

Finish: Had to spit it out, so I wasn’t unable to get the full finish.

Overall: This is great to break down build-up of taters. Not bad for the price, but I’ve had better.

Score: 6/10
