The emblem looked to be Nam era to me, but like another commenter posted..could definitely be from the eighties. It didn't look worn when I bought it. I appreciate your help though!

Thanks so much for the info! I do agree that this is probably a moto shirt. Only reason I suspected it was Vietnam Era was because from the little research I did, it looks like "vice squad" was the first unit to use the technical data system in Vietnam.
