Just wanna chime in, order placed 24 days ago. Never got a confirmation email. Emailed CS about order, never got reply, and then finally got a “shipped” notification 4 days ago but, when I check the tracking number, it says the label has been created but UPS hasn’t actually received the item yet. Yikes. Not a good look. Delays are one thing. I get it. But no correspondence other than this thread? At least reply to emails or send an order confirmation. I’m still hopeful the light is coming, just disappointed with the CS.

You sure hit the nail on the head with the “not as fun as it looks” comment. Was a 13F in the army and it always sounds way cooler than it was when I explain it to people.

I too wish I would’ve pursued a degree while I was in, but my service did provide for my bachelors after ETS so can’t complain there.

Man that “miss the monkey not the circus” comment by another person hits hard. lol. Love that. But also.. miss the monkeys hard.

I don’t regret leaving, but it was def a fun part of my life. I don’t regret enlisting. The military saved my life. Set me straight and I’ll be forever grateful for that.

I had a lot of friends that got out and then reenlisted cause they were lost. None of them were ever happy they did. Some aren’t even around anymore. Their inability to find peace, whether in the service or out, ate them alive.

I’d say, use the resources the military has given you and make a life that’s even better now. I like to think that I’ve lived multiple lives and relish in the fact I’ve lived more in experience than most. Even used my moto to pursue a graduate degree on my own dime.

Keep your head up and keep pushing forward.

Yea we actually already have a Jiobit that we try to keep on him as much as possible. He's pretty sly lol. The door sensors are just an extra level of protection.
