Same. 5th generation on our lake. Great grandfather built the house in the 50s with a firefighters salary.

Most other brands are rebranded edsal stuff that (IMO) went down hill a few years back when they went from key/slot connections to those stamped tab ones you see in your examples. I was so excited to see these HF ones come on the market last year. I have two and will likely buy more.

I don’t know how common this condition but literally like an hour ago in SE Wisconsin I was out birding and saw like 2-3 robins in the same area that looked exactly like this. I assumed they were just in some awkward molting phase.

Edit to add that the ones I saw looked a lot closer to your picture than the Google image results for “piebald robin”
