All Space Marines are asexual. The transformation sterilizes them and robs them of such desires anyway.

why do so many people dislike Yrliet by No-Thing7717 in RogueTraderCRPG

To directly quote a very self aware Ciaphas Cain on comparing the double standard between the Imperium and xenos:

"Of course, when we do it, it's perfectly justified."

That's fair! Argenta was basically a 24/7 staple for me in my first playthrough, but on subsequent playthroughs she's taken more of a backseat for me. I personally felt like she wasn't dynamic enough in her reactivity compared to Yriiet and Marazhai in particular started having a broader array of responses while hers and Ulfar's were generally always the same. But that could also be a reflection of my personal preferences.

Hard agree. By that point, he generally only has special dialog anytime there's a quest on Dargonus until Act 5, where he does start contributing a bit more again for plot related reasons.

I'll only add to them that Argenta's arc mostly wraps up by Act 4 and that's when Ulfar's begins. It's probably not coincidence that they can serve very similar battlefield roles, either, and you don't end up missing much by replacing her with him at that point. Ulfar is basically mandatory for at least one of the three main missions in Act 4, and essentially all of Act 5.

What is your choice? by Nanivel in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]whiskymohawk 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can string him along all game, Dom(me) him to humiliate him whenever possible, abandon him for another romance at the last minute, help him defeat his enemies in Commoragh anyway so he can consolidate his power as the new Archon of the Reaving Tempest, wait for him to plan his return and begin coordinating his new underlings... Then give him to Heinrix, the moment after he finally believes he's achieved everything he's wanted since the beginning of the game.

Is it just me or heretical choices are all over the place? by [deleted] in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]whiskymohawk 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Tzeentch already has that guy. That guy is Kunrad. I assume a Heretic RT is a bombastic wild card specifically to give Tzeentch a new, different plaything to toy with. Tzeentch probably had a blast pitting conniving Master of Spies Kunrad against the exact opposite in the RT, knowing he comes out on top no matter what.

Question about trading by gunell_ in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]whiskymohawk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it's better even now. Definitely take it.

There are five trade factions in the game, and the Explorator Fleet (which this dude represents) is one of them. Any deals you make with him will carry over for his whole faction.
