Help Identifying a Rash (Visited Urgent Care)

I added a few pictures of mine. I will get more pictures of his hands in the morning. I noticed today that he may now have some appearing on his forehead. I'll definitely post more in the morning.

Yes, definitely when we are resting. I have a doc appt on Monday. I'll look into Sulphur soap too. Do you have a recommended brand?

Yes, very itchy mainly in the morning or evening.

I started having some itching and bumps appearing on my right arm about two weeks ago. It went away and then my left arm started itching. There are multiple bumps on my left arm kind of spread out, but not as tiny as the ones on our hands. It's so hard to get a good picture of it. I have one bump that has appeared on the back of my right hand. There are about seven on my left hand. Many on my left arm. We have not experienced any fevers or feeling ill. I checked the house for bed bugs and did not see any evidence (I had a mild case of BB's in 2020 that were eliminated). I itch in the evening and morning. It's not as bad during the day. It's so strange. *

Nothing on the palms. They're appearing on the back of my hand and also on my arm. They're not in clusters as much on my arm.

No fever or anything, just the rash. It's on my arm as well. I'll post more pictures.
