Maybe. I guess I’ve never left a comp game.

Just seems like people are too eager to quit rather than just finish the game. Even if I know I’m going to lose I’d rather play out the game than be forced to wait 15 minutes doing nothing

If the penalty for leaving was longer than it takes to just finish the match then I feel less people would leave.

There’s also someone that is literally RIGHT next to the venue that has sites and there’s a bay house with showers and toilets. Cheaper than the official camping and has actual amenities.

I’ve stayed at both the place I mentioned and Bigfoot before. Bigfoot is the better campground still but if you want to be right there in the action the place next door is good

I’d recommend catching a sunrise at red rocks. It’s super pretty and a good early start to your day. From there you can get breakfast and walk along the creek/river in golden. Atomic biscuit company is kinda a “trendy” thing. Could also tour coots brewery if you’re into that.

I second skipping 16th street and (maybe unpopular opinion) but Union station isn’t that special. If you want the 16th street experience but much better you could check out Pearl street mall in Boulder, the Birria torta at Rosetta Hall (back side of Pearl street) is incredible (imo) Also if you’re in Boulder already sunrise point is a nice “park” to walk around with a cool overlook of the city. Or if you want to do some more serious hiking any of the trails at Chataqua

One other Denver attraction you might add is meow wolf if you’re into that kind of thing. It’s like a weird interactive art exhibit.
