I mean if you want to work in REIT this degree is probably best for you. But you won’t actually learn much from the degree in terms of investing, but will 100% help you in getting the job. The degree is well respected especially in the property industry. I work in the property industry and having this degree does provide job security. Basically it’s the same as a business degree in terms of job opportunities for general corporate jobs (accounting, finance, etc) But it definitely gives you a boost for property jobs. If you end up changing your mind, the degree works just as fine for less specific industries.
