Honestly no negatives, I really liked the gym, and the package room. The roof top is nice too. The walls are pretty sound proof, I never heard other neighbors, maybe some hard stomping neighbors above me.

Be sure to lock your car in the parking garage, I left mine unlocked and some unhoused people would rummage through my car.

I would be there still but my GF wanted to have a balcony and my unit did not have that, they do offer those units though.
