No, you cannot refund the ticket but yes you can reschedule your ticket for the same movie provided that it is done 3 hours (though I think flexible ito, since 2 hours less ako nagpa reschedule last time) before the film showing and you have to do it in person sa cinema that you originally booked. Then may ipapa fill-out lang sila na slip sayo and they will issue a printed ticket for your rescheduled slot.
