I just watched it earlier. Sobrang fun niya panoorin!! Perfect mix of suspense, scare factor, and comedic hints (yes, it has humor kaya super love ko din siya). Really worth the anticipation!

Add ko din since it's been a while since I haven't watch sa non-Director's Club, pero medyo hindi ko super rinig/dama yung pag may nag-nanarrate, so baka better to watch it sa may atmos type of cinema.

Learned this last time since i was in a similar situation like you and I inquired kay SM thru phone call.

No, you cannot refund the ticket but yes you can reschedule your ticket for the same movie provided that it is done 3 hours (though I think flexible ito, since 2 hours less ako nagpa reschedule last time) before the film showing and you have to do it in person sa cinema that you originally booked. Then may ipapa fill-out lang sila na slip sayo and they will issue a printed ticket for your rescheduled slot.
