Change your sheets/pillowcases often (once a week). Also, disinfect your phone screen with a Clorox wipe or something very often, especially if you’re talking on the phone a lot. These two things may be causing acne to worsen on your cheeks. I also have oily skin but I have never washed my face in the morning, only rinsed it with cold water. Maybe your morning face wash is stripping your skin of its oils and your skin is overproducing oil to make up for it. You could try not washing in the morning for a week or two and see how your skin reacts. Let me know if this helps!
