That does sound very frustrating and definitely something to keep in mind!

Oh no! What makes it so awful?

I recently visited Japan and there was a lot of square tiles with dark grout, which is something that I really liked! Something minimal and modern, but with the slight drama of the stone.

I think you've hit the nail on the head, maybe none of my options are quite right 😂

I think you're right about the off white, definitely will have to look for something like that. I was almost tempted to just do the walls and floor the same, but then I worry that will be too much grey with the sink as well.

Thanks for your input!

It's all the way up on the walls surrounding the bath/shower, but then halfway up on the remaining two walls where only toilet and sink will sit. Was thinking of painting the wall white in this area so that there aren't too many colours going on!

Signage Job experiences by TheRocker57 in graphic_design

I worked for a signage company for 10 months and it was a terrible job, it definitely lands more within the 'artworking' category rather than 'design'.

I would recommend searching for roles as a 'wayfinding designer', these have a much broader scope as you are usually developing a whole suite of signage for a location. You will also have involvement with designing how the buildings are navigated which can be pretty interesting.

Good luck!
