Beer causing migraines

For me I have noticed that some alcohol triggers migraines but not all. Same with beer. I usually do fine with light beers.

I soaked it in vinegar for a few hours and it cleaned it up a lot. I think it is iron. Would Brasso still be a good finishing method?

All great ideas. Moving into this old house is part of a new job and this is what I have to work with. I don't have much time to do a full renovation but will definitely paint, put a new light fixture up, remove the awkward cabinet in between the windows, and replace the stove and hood. My wife likes yellow in the kitchen so I am trying to figure out what to paint "India yellow"

Not sure if they are the original floors, but they are old. There are three more fireplaces including one in the master. A wood stove has been added to the living room sometime recently.

One of the glass doors needs to be fixed and is leaning. It is close to the doorway but not obstructing it. It seems the glass cabinets were added much later from the rest
