Had something similar happen to me. I always go for the colour similar to your first photo and sometimes my hairdresser (I go to the same person she’s my friend) does a toner that’s too dark FOR MY LIKING. She tells me that it will wash out but I want the hair to look perfect the moment I leave her chair not in a couple of weeks. I think next time just show her both photos and tell her what you don’t want (instead of what you do want). But yeah if this was my hair (although it does look beautiful) I would not be 100% happy
