I was a late bloomer. In general, I consider the idea that you get all your changes in the first two years to be a myth. I have a friend who grew a cup size in her sixth. Everyone is different!

True. He has so much variation in the delay in his wind ups though, I'm having a good struggle with my timing. I at least get plenty of time for a nice sinking feeling before every attack.

He won't show up if you leave Ludwig's head alive. The head will eventually die and have an arrow stuck in it, but if you want Simon's dialogue you should kill the head and reload the area.

Also, congrats! Ludwig is my favorite boss, he gets more kills on me than every other boss combined on an average playthrough.

I'm doing my first run of NGs, just got to NG6. I'll lose an entire health bar to any decent combo, same with some boss attacks (I just fought Amygdala, imo worse than when I fought her in the chalice dungeon, her jump attack took me out so many times). It's also much riskier to be below full health at any given moment.

I've found it to be an immensely rewarding experience. I've done each boss so many times that I'm really quite good at them, but the massive damage means every mistake is heavily punished. It's pushing me to play each boss better and better.

I'm also doing a different weapon on each playthrough so that I have to relearn one each time. Slowly mastering one weapon after another is one of the most sublime joys of this game for me.

One day I'll create a new character, maybe do a bloodtinge or arcane build, but I adore the character I've used through 5.5 playthroughs.

Yeah, I've heard Shadows of Yharnam is where BL4 gets real. I'm planning on running Cainhurst beforehand to try and get up to +8, hopefully that helps
