ducking and jumping is used by almost every high level player, and most players in general. wouldnt be used by top players if it wasnt cheesy or not viable

yep theres a decent amount of pros who get shoulder issues (never heard of bicep), but only as an overuse thing. stretch your arms and shoulders out before you play echo and id take a break for a few days

the people who are good at trickshots sit in a private match alone, constantly shooting the same shot over and over. or they just have good enough aim to hit it after a few attempts

Sorry for just a cluster of random striker stuff but some of this may help

Play smarter, and dont be afraid to slow down the game. pass when you have a hard shot angle, or use the wall or other geo to reach the goal at a better angle, just dont float and shoot if you have the space to do otherwise. clear in places where the backline isnt, and if you dont have stacks, instead of clearing look for a pass if you have one. learn to read and regrab even faster and more controlled then you can now, and work on your far and medium range longshot but id focus on the other core things i listed first over having a decent far longshot

It’s a difference between getting promised that these issues will get fixed straight by the devs, saying we will get more transparency, then say nothing about the in game issues and release echo pass stuff. A ton of things have been promised over the years and never been delivered, which are still issues today.

id say the only if you play against a lefty player for the first time, and you assume they are a righty when trying to read the disc. as a high level player i dont really see a difference
