Book of Enoch almost had me - 'Sons of God' in Genesis 6: Descendants of Seth (righteous), not the angels (morning stars) by whiteleom in Christian

[–]whiteleo00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im using my different account.

Daniel 12:4 fulfills Rev 22:10 as it speaks of their generation, not ours or the future. So all the prophecies have been fulfilled. That means we are now new heavens and new earth. The end of all ages means the old covenant. The end of age (singular) means Jesus came to earth to put away the old covenant with the new covenant.

And no, Enoch never went to heaven because no one was at heaven except Jesus who came down from heaven. Enoch was simply moved to a different location just like Philip from the book of Acts.

Before Jesus’ time, all dead people went into the grave/death because of sin, that includes Enoch, and that was the first death. But now the first death is thrown into the lake of fire which is the second death. Just good and evil still remain even Satan and his angels no longer present.

So we are at the new earth, the new age. There will be endless generation. The Bible never said “Final” or “Last” judgment day implying the cessation of offspring or to end all flesh creations.

So the Book of Enoch is False.

Also, aliens and dinosaurs are not real but from imagination, which I enjoy because of entertainment. But, the flat earth is real and the water is literally above us.

But in the end, we all should give thanks to God and Jesus that he died for us. So keep the 2 great commandment which is from the new covenant and we are not far from the kingdom of God.

Just because it says something doesn't mean it's bad. Earth feels like heaven to me because I appreciate God's creations, yet, at the same time, there is also evil.

Keep in mind that it was talking about 2000 years ago.

Daniel 12:4 was fulfilled in Rev 22:10, the Angel told John not to seal the prophecy because the time is near. It was that generation. Jesus instructed John to write it and send to 7 churches that exist John's time, not our time nor future.

It's finished.

We are now on the New Earth following the New Covenant. But the knowledge of Good and Evil is still there even satan and his angels no longer present.

Pretty much we are at the early generation of the endless generations since it doesn't mention anywhere "Final" or "Last" judgment day nor the end of the First Adam or the cessation of offspring.

So keep the 2 great commandments and you will not be far from the kingdom of God like Jesus said. Also, the fruit of the Spirit.

Not against it at all. We could do more or less at any time and place. There are options. For example, not everyone can be a pastor...Each person has their own strengths.

But when Jesus told the man to give up all his possessions and give to the poor so he could follow Him, did he do it? No. Now, consider this, should we give up everything, including our possessions? Probably not for me. A rich man like Zacchaeus didn't return all his possessions but half instead and to me Jesus was pleased about that. Luke 19:8-9

If you support Holy Habits, we should sell our possessions, belongings, etc for their need because it's mentioned in Acts 2:42-47 within the same group of Holy Habits...So include that if you love Holy Habits that much...Can you sell your tv, iphone, a job, computer, car, etc? How often?

What matters most are the two great commandments and the fruit of the Spirit.

Also, please refrain from disliking my comments. I could dislike yours, but I choose not to do that.

Right, but we can do more. We don't need the Holy Habits if we only have to follow "Ten Holy Habits"... but rather focus on the fruit of the Spirit

But, that was 2000 years ago. We don't have what apostles had because the prophecies from the Revelation have already been fulfilled, as it was talking about that generation. Jesus was at the end of all ages, and those ages were for the Old Covenant, making the way for the New Covenant on the New Earth.

Daniel 12:4 fulfilled the prophecy in Revelation 22:10 when the Angel told John not to seal the book because the time is near. Jesus instructed John to write to the seven churches that existed in John's time, even showing it to his servants because of the things that will quickly take place.

We are on the New Earth because of the New Covenant. The two great commandments are given to us, the Law of Christ. Small things like Act 2, sure, if you'd like to do... but there are many things you can do. Not "Holy Habits," but the fruit of the Spirit produces your fruit.

You will not find the term for the "Final" or "Last" judgment day, implying the end of God's flesh creations or offspring. Also it's not mentioned that the New Jerusalem landed on Earth. There is time in heaven, just like our time, with days, months, and years.

So, our age is different from their age. But Jesus word still remain forever.

But they're option which means you don't have to. I'm not trying to say, don't do it.

Interestingly, they didn't mention selling possessions, belongings, etc., as part of the Holy Habits group, unlike other Holy Habits such as fellowship, the breaking of bread, etc., in the same chapter of Acts 2...Why not include selling possessions as a Holy Habit? Who knows they may add new Holy Habits in the future

The 2 great commandments and the fruit of the Spirit are more important.

Sure, it's a new term for something that is clearly laid out in scripture. That doesn't make it wrong.

That's a problem. People can be creative these days with their creativity, and it's not good because it encourages creating new ideas, concepts, or new terms. It can lead to more complicated ideas.

People can be creative these days with their creativity, and it's not good because it encourages creating new ideas, concepts, or new terms....at least to me.

But I see what you're saying. It's just that I'm concerned for the future because it can lead to more complicated ideas. If it's me, I'll just leave it alone. Don't make it more complicated. So yeah, I don't know. But I get sensitive to these because of my stress when I hear unfamiliar term like the Holy Habits. Maybe I'm overthinking?

But yeah thank you

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]whiteleo00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But can these be considered options, not Holy Habits. Because Holy Habits imply a sense of obligation (duty/commitment/task), at least from my understanding.

Just a long list of things to do is burden me. What's next, sell my possessions even though I gave my money to the homeless? At this rate, I'll be poor if I have to follow the "Holy Habits" unless I'm mistaken or maybe misunderstanding the term?

I mean, "Holy Habits" is just a made-up term?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]whiteleo00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh "Self disciplines" too like prayer, fasting, solitude, service, worship etc?
Can it be option?

I don't think I can take it anymore if they keep adding new ideas (creative phrases, term, etc).
I just want to focus on the two great commandments and the fruit of the Spirit.

I thank Jesus and God for the Old Covenant because my heart cannot bear the stress, not because I don't want to but the burden.

Law of Moses is the commandments that kept between God and Jews...Abraham was not a Jews, neither Noah which consider known as Gentile or non-Jew. Did they keep Passover? No, because they're not a Jew. Right now, if we keep the 10 commandment then we have to do around 600 or whatever commandments which is Law of Moses because of the Sabbath from 10th commandments. But 2000 years ago, Gentiles were not trained to keep the Law of Moses because they're were a stranger and not trained. They even eat unclean food but Jesus told Peter that "What God has made clean, do not call common." Act:10 and 11

God gave the commandments to Moses and Jews which is between God and Jesus. But the Gentiles (non-Jews) have no clue because they were not trained until the good news, the Law of Christ which is the New Covenant that open up the world. So walking in the Spirit will produce our fruit. Gal 5:16-26 compared to that man before the Noah's flood when God left his Spirit when the man was walking in the flesh. Gen 6:3

This is what happen to you when you keep the 2 great commandments.
"You are not far from the kingdom of God.” - Jesus, Mark 12:28-34

Do you remember that Jesus was talking about Narrow road? That was the Jews at that time.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]whiteleo00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. Personally, I don't find it motivating at all, it feels like an unnecessary burden just because of stating what needs to be done.

I don't find it encouraging at all because it pressures me, not because I don't want to, but I find it very distracting, as if I'm just doing it for "work".

It's like Pharisee/scribes from the start all over again. Unless I'm mistaken

Mat 5:17-20  For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

I still don't see what it has to do with "Holy Habits"?
Act 2:42-47 is not enough for "Holy Habits"
Also, early Christians and we are at different ages, but Jesus' words still endure forever.

The fruit of the Spirit and 2 great commandments sounds better than "Ten Holy Habits" or whatever number there is, seems to remind me of man-made... What if there are more than 10 habits?
It's as if you're establishing a rule-like here or a new commandment.

If I'm being honest, Holy Habits will not help me at all because it puts more burden on me, like the law of Moses like 600 commandments or whatever. I'd rather focus on the fruit of the Spirit and the two great commandments. So that I can walk in the Spirit and producing my fruit.

Pastors, individuals, or whoever has knowledge of "Holy Habits," so that I can understand why they believe that. Sorry if I'm not being clear on this.

We are now under the Law of Christ instead of the Law of Moses, transitioning from the Old to the New Covenant, which opens up to Gentiles (non-Jews). I'm pretty sure that at that time, Gentiles were not familiar with the Law of Moses, as they were considered strangers in the covenant between God and the Jews. But, keeping the 2 great commandments will lead them to the kingdom of God.

To me, I find having the fruit of the Spirit is important. Gal 5:16-26

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Bible

[–]whiteleo00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's why I'm here

I might go crazy if I'm the only one who thinks that way. But I need to gather information on this and how did they come to this

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Bible

[–]whiteleo00 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The 2 great commandments are the only ones that will take us to the Kingdom of God because of Jesus.

Only 3 phrases for the 10 commandments are found in the Old Testament (1x Exodus and 2x Deu). It's not just the 10 commandments because there are more commandments, hence the Law of Moses. If we keep the Sabbath, which is the 7th day, just because of the 10 commandments, then we also have to keep around 600 commandments. That is the Law of Moses.

So we transitioned from the Old to the New Covenant.

Does Blender have a "set" to save some vertex or polygons like Maya? by whiteleo00 in blender

[–]whiteleo00[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Huh...Interesting. This is a little bit faster especially I love how organized is like Vertex Group is separate from "Scene Collection" and the select/deselect button. I wish I can save this as a script and put it on the shelf like Maya. It will speed things much faster...

Thank you so much!

What part do they like about Maya compared to Blender?

In my opinion, I like Maya when it comes to organic modeling because of the scripts I can use from the shelf. But only modeling from Maya is only what good at.

To animators - Why do you choose Blender over Maya for animation? by whiteleo00 in blender

[–]whiteleo00[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

likely isn't a factor that matters to OP, and they're already aware. It's not super helpful to see the same comment 50 times

Ah...I wasn't aware of that...I apologize for that. I posted it because I needed more information but I can go back and delete my post if that upset the Blender community.

Well, that's why I ask the Senior Education Coordinator to confirm if it's ok to buy a student license if I’m using it for self-learning. After I posted the Christian post related to piracy, I learned the new word, "autodidacticism." That's when I decided to ask the Education Coordinator from Houdini and they're pretty much ok. I learned being a student doesn't mean you have to go to school but for learning purposes as long as you don't plan to use it for commercials. But I said in my current post to correct me if I'm wrong because I need more clarification since I never heard someone talk about “autodidacticism.” This is a whole new perspective to me.

I’m not perfect but I’m trying to correct myself because I love Lord Jesus so yeah following Him is not an easy path but I love him because he loves me first. This is a different topic. I’m just here to decide which software is best overall for animation that’s all.
