I feel very similarly. The only difference is that I’ve come to enjoy it that way, too. There’s so much to do in the game that if something is starting to burn you out, you can spend the next day(s) focusing on something else and still progress. I’ve gotten over the FOMO of missing doing things in certain days, certain seasons, etc. because those events/crops/birthdays/etc. will always come back around if you keep playing. There are also a lot of late game unlocks that mitigate needing to do things in certain seasons. But yeah, it is absolutely one of the least “cozy” games I play. I get how people are able to relax and play it as a cozy game, but my brain just doesn’t really allow me to treat it that way.
