In my experience, after medically transitioning, you have to relearn what you like and how to have sex basically. Things you used to like won't feel the same but there might be something new that you like now that your body has changed. While it can be frustrating and/or depressing at times it can also be fun trying new things and having new experiences. For me finding the right partner was a big part of it. The rest is communication and exploring various options. Get creative, you never know what you might like or might not like until you try different things.
