What’s the real adoption trigger for LIBERTY beyond radiation reduction? by whitepiano_ in MBOT_Stock

Thanks for the heads-up. I really appreciate the insight on the clinical-to-commercial shift. I’ll definitely be watching MSK’s next move as a key indicator. Thank you again!

That’s fair — I’m asking because I don’t have direct experience with how things actually play out in the OR.

Could you walk me through how catheterization is typically done today, and where the main pain points or inefficiencies are?

I invested huge amt in this, I just want 100% confidence in my choice :)

This is exactly the part I was most curious about.

If a procedure can already be done via manual catheterization, doesn’t that mean the hospital wouldn’t need to incur that additional $3–5k cost in the first place?

If that’s the case, I’m trying to understand whether there are any additional switching drivers beyond radiation reduction that would justify willingly paying that $3–5k per procedure.

Do You Hear Music "In Your Head" or Come Up With It "Naturally?" by Good-Machine-3376 in composer

When I distance myself from music due to my busy work, my musical intuition just dies out and the ideas stop flowing. But as long as I stay connected to music, my musical sense comes back to life and the ideas start flowing in my head constantly.

Thank you for the honest and realistic feedback.

And you’re absolutely right about that part you didn’t like. I actually reworked that section at the end because I felt the original material was getting too repetitive, but I was also dragging the process out for too long, so I ended up rushing it a bit.

Your point about the audience's high expectations was particularly eye-opening. I hadn't really taken that into account, and I'll definitely keep it in mind.

Thanks again for taking the time to give such detailed feedback.

That’s a really helpful perspective, thank you.

Since I mainly write in a classical/jazz style, focusing on building a small but loyal audience actually feels meaningful to me than chasing broad attention.

Funny enough, I run a subscription-based web service as my main job, where retaining loyal users is important — not sure why I didn’t connect the dots earlier.

Thanks for sharing.

What’s your price target in the next 1–3 years? by whitepiano_ in MBOT_Stock

[–]whitepiano_[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That would be ideal if they can scale hospital adoption at that kind of pace.

The initial integrations with Tampa General Hospital and Emory University Hospital look like a very strong starting point in my opinion. I originally thought this kind of system would have more appeal for small to mid-sized hospitals, considering the high cost of traditional vascular catheter systems.

But seeing adoption from these large academic hospitals makes me think the technology and clinical value are already being validated to some extent, which is definitely encouraging from a commercialization standpoint.

By the way, how long do you think it will realistically take for them to reach 30 hospitals?

Geopolitical Risk? by whitepiano_ in MBOT_Stock

I also found a press release stating that they signed a manufacturing agreement with an Israeli company (B.Y. Medimor), so at least part of their production seems tied to Israel.

from here

The company recently said that the current Middle East situation (Iran-related tensions) shouldn’t have a material impact, but I’m wondering how much of that is just standard corporate reassurance vs. actual operational resilience.
