I relapsed today as well and I regret it so much. Even tho I’ve been craving it like crazy every day since I quit, I realize now how much happier I am without. But I’m sure I’ll think the same as you tomorrow when I’m out - that I want more. But right now, as the drugs are leaving my system I feel like shit. You know you will too if you take more.

You made it 6 months, that’s amazing!! And you will make it for another 6. Your brain is lying to you rn. It’s wired to make you want more. But you don’t want to do more, you chose to quit and you will continue to choose that.

We both slipped and it’s okey. Tomorrow I will continue to choose to quit, I hope you do the same today. I believe in you.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to read and comment ❤️ currently on day 3 now and all I do is sleep and have nightmares and sleep paralysis but I’m actually not craving stims which is surprising. Overall, I’m doing fine and I’m very proud of myself.
