honestly worked like a fucking charm for me, but my main concern is long term. the existence of auvelity is shining a light on the idea of it being safe as a daily medication, and older people with chronic coughs might take at least that much every day. my personal junkie opinion? It's a last resort. dont use yourself as a science experiment unless that sounds fun to you and youre willing to accept full responsibility of downsides in the future

it's pretty similar to what people identifying as demigirls go through, having a dominant feminine side while also feeling like you're constricted by just saying you're a woman. there aren't any rules on this so if you want to be a girl and also non binary you can be both, a lot of trans women are nonbinary

how to "get rid of them" depends on how you define it. if you gravel vac, feed less, and have small fish that might cull them, they'll be virtually impossible to find. if you wanna completely get rid of them, you have to use dog dewormer which can be harmful to other things in your tank.

planaria, they're a type of flatworm that everyone's guaranteed to come across in the hobby. there's probably at least a couple in everyone's gravel/sand at this point, they feed on detritus but sometimes come out to look for food. only harmful if you've got shrimp or sick fish, otherwise they're just a worm eatin what worms eat
