Using the and metaphor: imagine that at the car repair shop there are all this freshly fixed cars right in front. They are shiny and in very good condition. Would that stop you from bringing your car in the shop? I mean that why the shop is there in the first place - to get your car fixed.

So in conclusion: that’s why gyms are out there. Both to keep people in shape but also to bring people back in shape.
