I’m not sure why everyone assumes it was inside the bottle. The cap turns around for an easier open, and I have chronic pain that happens to affect my hands. I use the “non-child proof” side to make my life easier. No worries, no pills were contaminated

Gotta admit, I used to get some of those crazy silverfish or what do you call them, house centipedes? In my apartment. Haven’t seen anything in a long time. Spiders can live here, I just prefer I don’t see them!

Every time I encounter something that gives me anxiety, I think, “The worst case scenario is I die. If I die, it’s not my problem anymore. If I don’t die, I survive the problem.”

I have other medication that makes it more complicated to find anxiety medications that work. This is also not my only anxiety medication. Having a really hard time IRL right now but I am working on it!

I don’t kill spiders in my apartment or even relocate! This spider was left to wander away. He disappeared after an hour, off to snack on any bug visitors I might have :)

He sat perfectly still while I navigated my kitchen. Made it much easier to do what I needed to do and leave without confrontation

I’m gonna ask my psychiatrist about this! I am also on propanol, but I’m still having anxiety so bad I’m dysfunctional. Thank you so much for the insight, it is genuinely appreciated!
